SSI Technology Solutions collects, uses, and shares information when you use our
website at yantrago.socialstech.com and our Android
mobile application (package com.socialstech.yantrago).
Information we collect
- Account information: name, mobile phone number, email address, and role (farmer or equipment owner) when you register or sign in.
- Authentication data: one-time passwords (OTP), and tokens when you sign in with Google or Facebook.
- Location: approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby equipment, village search, and maps.
- Equipment and bookings: listings you create (descriptions, photos, prices, availability), booking dates, and related messages or status updates.
- Device and usage: push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging), basic technical data needed to operate the service (IP address, browser or app version).
How we use information
- Create and manage your account and bookings.
- Match farmers with equipment owners near a location.
- Send booking updates and notifications you request.
- Improve security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
- Provide customer support when you contact us.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google — Sign-In, Firebase (phone authentication, cloud messaging), and server geocoding where enabled.
- Meta (Facebook) — optional Facebook login.
- SMS / OTP providers — to deliver login codes when phone OTP is used.
- Hosting — servers that store application data securely.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We share only what is needed for the feature you use (for example, verifying your login or delivering an OTP).

- Between farmers and owners to complete a booking (for example, contact details needed for a rental).

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for bookings, legal, and operational purposes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Access is limited to authorized systems and personnel.
